Stamping making theory:
Water soluble photopolymer plate is a simple, fast and economical way to make stamp.
This photopolymer plate has two layers: the upper layer is photopolymer plate,part of it will solidify after UV exposure, while the rest part without exposure can dissolve in the water.

Stamp Making Process:
Design and print
The original stamp image can be prepared in many different ways. The preferred method is to use a personal computer and a simple "desktop publishing" software program along with a printer for good image resolution. Customer provided copy needs to be scanned for printing by the  printer. To make a negative with the exposure unit, the original copy must be printed on transparency film. It is translucent, allowing light to pass through
Cut plate:
According to the size of the designed image, cut off the plate which is larger than the image with scissors.Important tips:While cutting plate, you should try to avoid strong light.
Expose:
Paste printing side of transparency with the plate.Place the plate on the UV exposing machine with suitable pressure above to ensure that the plate closes to the glass tightly. Set exposure time for about 1 minutes (If you use different types of exposing machine, please do experiments in advance to master the best time of exposure.)
Washout:
Washing of the photopolymer plate is done by hand with warm water and a soft scrub brush. No detergent is required. About three minutes are required to thoroughly wash a plate.
Solidify:
Place the plate on the exposure unit for solidification about 2 minutes.
Mount:
Stick the plate on the all kinds of holder for easy stamping.
