    Description

    Albania, Scott 7 variety, Michel 7 variety, 1913 1pi ultra used on small piece.  Rare blue tete-beche overprint, tied on small piece by September, 1913 Elbasan CDS, VF.  Accompanied by a 2007 Sismondo Certificate which states:
    "The pair of stamps and their handstamped overprints are genuine in all respects, originated on this fragment, are cancelled with a genuine postal device, and are entirely free from faults or repairs at the time of examination.  A black ink pad for cancelling was only used at Elbasan for a few days, beginning on September 13th, 1913.  A

    variety.  I have signed the fragment on reverse.".
