This is an employee id lanyard of Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The back is black waffle design, ©Disney, The DU Employee Center, Burbank, CA 91521 - Similar to Pin 11290 but appox 5mm smaller and he is outlined in black not gold. This came with a purple lanyard cord.
