This is the first in a series of Pin Trading Awards at Disneyland. The pins are only given to cast members seen encouraging or enhancing a guest's pin trading experience. This one is the champion clock face from the DL Small World attraction. It's a round white pin with a gold image. (The scan make sit look more black, but it's gold.) The pin is 1" in diameter and the backstamp says,"Cast Recognition"-"c Disney"-"Award In Year 2000".
