Listing summary: You get a shutter tester that can measure shutter speeds and curtain speeds (vertical and horizontal shutters) up to 1/8000th of a second. The tester can also measure shutter speeds for stereo cameras and shutter and curtain speeds for Leica cameras with a non removable back (like the Leica IIIa) without the need to take the shutter out of the camera (some technical limitations apply). Also, I offer 90 days money back no questions asked and 24 months warranty. If you decide to return it, I will also pay for return shipping (some limitations apply) and give you an extra for your inconvenience.

Specifications:

- The attached photo shows the shutter tester package on the top and 6 screen shots on the bottom (menu, shutter tests, curtain test and stereo shutter tests). For some reason the photos of the menu and tests were very difficult to take and don’t reflect the display quality. In reality all the colors, letters and numbers are bright and crisp, the background is solid black and individual pixels are not visible. The haze is caused by reflections from the light source used to take the photos.
- This is the latest version of the vfmoto shutter tester that can test both shutter speeds and curtain speeds. The first shutter and curtain tester that I made was sold on December 5th 2012. The 1th shutter tester I ever sold was on April 28th 2010. It was a simple Audacity tester. Up until I made the curtain tester I never saw anyone selling an affordable curtain tester. It's absolutely shocking to me that some imply that this tester is a copy of their tester. If anyone would bother to look into the model history of my shutter testers they would see that this tester is a evolution of my previous testers. I always tried to innovate and bring new features to the shutter tester. Proof of this statement is that on April 24th 2017 I started selling this tester that is capable of testing shutter and curtain speeds for Leica cameras with a non removable back, without having to remove the shutter from the camera. Also I worked 10 months on the tester assistant that tells you if a test is OK or not and added the ability of testing stereo cameras, fulfilling a request a customer made more than 1 year ago. As far as I know there are no other testers that can do this. Maybe someday there will be and the sellers will claim that these features are also copies. Mind boggling! I have no problem with competition. Competition drives progress. It would be nice if it were fair and honest competition.
