This DELL adapter board provides a high degree of functionality and versatility! It offers a convenient way to power devices the need 12V power such as audio, HAM, and mining rigs!  This device was NOT designed to directly interface with a micro-controller (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone since they can not source 13mA... We have a different board for this!).
Unlike prior versions (and the competition), this board can be remotely activated by +12V (at approximately 13 mA) supplied through a standard PC power supply fan header, or just by manually switching on/off the toggle switch. Additionally, a 2 pin header is now available so you can remotely sense the output voltage, or to supply a control voltage to another DELL adapter - YES - You can cascade these supplies with one 12V control signal!
The board has 8 standard PCIe connectors that allow connecting this adapter to a GPU card just by using a standard 6 pin Male to 6 pin Male PCIe cable. Cables are available in a separate listing. Yep, click - click - and it is all hooked up - no more tightening wires down using terminal blocks.

About the DELL Power Supply:
This DELL PowerEdge supplies come in various part numbers. Since this is a new product, only supply P/Ns: 3MJJP 1Y45R Y613G TCVRR F6V5T have been tested. A more comprehensive list of compatible DELL supplies, including testing the 750W (Energy Smart PSU) is currently underway.
The DELL 1100W is a small foot print, high efficiency, 12 Volt supply designed for the DELL POWEREDGE R510 / R810 / R910 / T710 line of Servers. This switching power supply measures about 1.5″ x 7.75″ x 3 1/2″ and weighing in at around two pounds each with a capability to supply 85 Amps with an input of 100-120V - Now THAT’S crazy! It operates on 110 or 220 volts, to provide 1023 watts or 1100 Watts respectively. This supply offers a high quality and inexpensive way to power devices requiring 12 volt power such as Bitcoin mining equipment and electronics projects.

. Be sure to use the appropriate gauge wire for your application. The interface board was designed and assembled in the US; and parts were sourced from US suppliers when possible. Each board is tested on a real DELL supply under full load, for quality control before it is shipped to you. I would expect nothing less, so I give nothing less!
