1. We ship using FedEx Ground/Standard/USPS Economy. For free shipping, we use whichever is most cost/time effective.
Item will not be shipped until after payment is received

2. Free shipping is for within the United States mainland only (within the 48 contiguous states).
3. There will be an extra charge to ship anywhere outside the 48 contiguous states of America. (We only ship to other locations by buyer as requested. Must contact us first for these locations/new price)
4. Tracking # will be posted in eBay messaging system, when it is available.
5. Please verify your shipping address during eBay checkout and on your PayPal account.
6. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
7. Our shipping department does not work on Saturday, Sunday and some Federal Holidays (such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). We will ship out the orders on our business days only (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).
