IMPERIAL GLASS, GORGEOUS BLUE CARNIVAL OWL WITH GLASS EYES, TOOTHPICK OR DRINK?

I"m sorry, I don't know what year this was made. I also don't know the maker.  I thought it was Imperial, but I was told by another ebayer that it's NOT Imperial (I guess they signed everything!?) so I've moved it to a general Carnival glass category.  The person who told me it wasn't Imperial said it might be Summit or Mosser, but I can't find another like it with theirs either.  So, please do your own research as to maker/age/etc.  I'm simply selling a carnival glass owl.
It's a gorgeous glass collectible.  The owl may look like he only has black eyes in the photos but up close you see that they're a golden & black.
It's about 3 1/2" tall.
I usually ship within a day of receiving payment.  I expect to be paid within 2 days of auction's close.  If no payment by day 3 ebay will open an unpaid item case.
