for RFID labels or tags.  The insertion module consists on delaminating the film or paper from the liner and apply wet RFID inlays in the liner and laminating back the material. All sensors get triggered by the diecut matrix and system just follows to diecut in perfect registration trough the digital finishing servo.  The machine can be used to register security labels or hologram on forms or main labels for production of genuine spare parts labels.
This press is was maintained monthly by 3M. Many internal components, hoses, wires, etc... were replaced
