QSFP28 optical transceiver is a 4-channel, pluggable, QSFP28 optical transceiver, designed for use in 100 Gbps Ethernet. The Mellanox Technologies MMA1B00-C100D 4-channel, pluggable QSFP28 optical transceiver module is perfect for 100 Gbps Ethernet network connectivity. The transceiver operates over parallel multi-mode (MMF) ribbon fiber and transfers the data at 100 Gbps speed with a maximum reach up to 100 m, at a nominal wavelength of 850nm. This transceiver module is SFF-8665 compliant and has DDM functions implemented for reading temperature, supply voltage, transmitted optical power, received optical power, laser based current with warning alarm.
