We do not ship to the US Protectorates, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO boxes or overseas.  Please note that we are not responsible for items stolen from your property after delivery.  Any claims of items not received once the Shipper has marked the item as delivered must be made to your home owner/renter insurance as with any other personal theft.
Returns
Items may be returned up to 30 days unless otherwise noted. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will pay for the return.  FOR ALL OTHER RETURN REASONS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  Items returned in a worn/damaged condition may only be eligible for a partial refund.  All returns must use the return labels we provide (NOT those offered by eBay).
