CONDITION: New. Never Removed from Box. This Playset has been in clean, dry storage since it was purchased - no smoke, no animal fur or dander, no smells. The contents have never been removed from the box. The box was stored inside of a second "shipper" box but it is rubbed and creased. The tape sealing the box ends is loose, dried out, and yellowed from age.
The box measures 25" x 14" x 11". The box weighs 11 pounds. It will be shipped in a cardboard box.
