In 1963 UK toy manufacturer Pedigree introduced SINDY, a 12" jointed vinyl fashion doll as a competitor to Mattel's popular Barbie doll. Sindy was a huge success and became one of the best selling UK toys of all time.
DESCRIPTION

Light green 2-piece lightweight suit
Long sleeve jacket w/labels, 2 metal snaps
Cream cotton sleeveless top w/ribbon tie, front metal snap closure
Matching below-the-knee length flared skirt w/2 front pleats, rear metal snap closure
Dark brown fabric shoulder bag w/metal snap closure, cream trim
Dark brown tassel shoes
No tags
