This was sent to subscribers of the Disney Adventures Magazine celebrating the 1 year anniversary in 1991, (like me).
The magazine for kids ran from 1990 until 2007.
The card and button are in near new condition.
Light scratches on button from other buttons.
The card is new condition with no marks, bends or tears.
Shipped in a rigid photo mailer.
