VINTAGE 950 STERLING SILVER & LAPIS Choker Necklace Estate Find

First off, this is a stunning piece.
I am hesitant to call this antique, but my best guess is it's quite old.
The only marking I can find on it is 950.
Sterling and lapis choker style necklace.
I have acid tested it professionally to make sure it is sterling.
No cracks, chips, or repairs I can see.
On the back side of the necklace there is some greenish discoloration. I'm sure it would clean up.
This is a true statement piece.
Weights just over 67 grams.
I'm not sure who made this or from what country, but it is stunning and would look great on someone.
