    Customer has 30 days to remove all goods from our premises. If for some reason they are unable to do so and contact us beforehand we will work something out. If items our left for more than 30 days and customer doesnt contact us prior to pick up we will charge 10 percent of the purchase price per month  until the item is removed from our warehouse.
