If you are not satisfied with your item(s), Please e-mail me your concerns within 7 days of delivery.  A refund (less postage and insurance) will be provided if I have grossly misrepresented the item(s) description or.. the Item is damaged, or not working.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and your item(s) must be received within 14 days and received in the same condition you got it in.
Shipping Damage or lost Packages
Despite our best efforts to package your stuff safely while in transit, some items on rare occasion, will get damaged.
Refunds for broken/damaged item(s) are either provided with a replacement, a partial refund, or full refund.
You must take pictures of whatever`s broken AND the packaging so we, and/or the shipping company can see what happened.
Important:
If delivery was insured, you must keep the broken item, box, and packing materials AND be prepared to take to the shipping companies representative for physical inspection if asked.
If buyer refuses to cooperate with shipping company on insurance claim, we may not authorize a refund.
Non-cooperation will most likely cause insurance claim to be denied.
If your package doesn't arrive as expected, or is missing, please give a few extra days to see if it arrives late,.. then we can file a missing package search.
Shipping
:
I try to use recycled items for packing and shipping.  These items may include boxes, brown paper bags, newspaper, shredded magazines & paper, Styrofoam, peanuts, and additional bubble wrap. I always do my best to properly protect and wrap everything I ship out.
State taxes:
Ebay collects all state taxes. We pay our selling fees on percentage of all costs incl price paid by you for the item, state sales tax, handing fees, and shipping cost. Therefore an extra approx. 15%  is usually added to cover these fees for us to break even. We are not intentionally overcharging on any shipping fees.  .
