    VTG Mexican Sterling Artist Signed EVS Small Sombrero Charm Bell 2 Hallmark. I can't pretend to know anything about these items but I do think that the Bell Hallmark helps date it somehow. Not sure who the artist was EVS are the initials in the middle of the circle. Very nice patina and very cute small item.
