Each plate measures 3 1/4 inch by 2 3/4 inch in size.The plates are cut from thin steel and feature a deep, glossy, black coat on japan twice-baked on the front and a thin coat brushed on the back. Each plate comes with a protective plastic sleeve that will keep it safe until wanted for use.
