I do not have cylinders for the straws anymore.  Nonetheless, that does not affect the machine from working.  But, the nozzles will need to be replaced.  If I'm not mistaken, I believe they are a piece on Powder Pucker website.
I bought this machine for my candy store about 8 years ago and you were able to push the straw up into a nozzle for the powder to flow but Powder Pucker eventually changed the nozzles and straws.  To make a long story short, I purchased the new nozzles and used the machine until about 3 years ago.  So, the nozzles are dirty and the candy is expired.  I'm not sure what you are going to use it for but it was a great investment and the kids LOVED it!
Nevertheless, if you're still interested after you do your research for the candy, nozzles, straws and cylinders, I am willing to sell it to for 0.  But, you will have to come pick it up from NJ because it is very heavy and can not be shipped.
